COTI Developments, Inc. owner Samuel A. Correa have been in the housing construction industry for more than 30 years.
He started his career in the building industry as a laborer in 1983, first working with is brothers in the Bay Area, Northern California, then he moved to San Diego, Ca. in 1999 where he started his first company.
Samuel Correa was always part of construction teams that did everything from foundation to roof work and everything in between for residential construction and remodels.
He recieved his contractor’s license in 1999 and along with his brother formed a new business in San Diego. This partnership was the general contractor and builder of the San Diego Grand Prix Race Track at the NTC (Naval Training Center).
Through residential construction and remodeling, he built a reputation of quality work at competitive prices. In 2008, incorporated and branched into specialty masonry construction.
